Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the production conversion and import related work of the company's R&D projects, and responsible for the implementation and management of production and manufacturing conditions;
2. Responsible for daily production management, including production scheduling, management and control, to complete production tasks on time, with quality and quantity;
3. Responsible for the management of production system equipment, including the acceptance, filing, measurement and maintenance of related production, inspection and experimental equipment;
4. Compile and revise production and equipment related SOP, operation records and other documents; strictly follow the process regulations and SOP regulations to produce, supervise and inspect the implementation of the process flow and SOP, and solve any problems in the production process;
5. Responsible for the use, disinfection, cleaning and maintenance of GMP clean workshop and purified water system;
6. Participate in the company's laboratory activities, quality system maintenance and other related work;
7. Complete other tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedicine, more than two years of work experience.
2. Those who have experience in the production of in vitro diagnostic reagent products or pharmaceutical companies are preferred.
3. Have experience in clean workshop and be familiar with GMP requirements.
4. Strong executive power, believing in words and resolute in deeds.
5. Good sense of teamwork, good at communication, good affinity.
6. Can withstand greater working pressure.
